Vision

Our vision at Emma Vera Elementary is to prepare our students to achieve academic excellence by acquiring the necessary cognitive, sociological, and psychological skills needed in order to lay the best foundation for success now, here in school, and later in society.

Mission

Emma Vera Elementary teachers, administrators, parents, and community members believe that all students can learn given the opportunity; therefore, our purpose is to provide an instructional program with an environment that is conducive to learning and that addresses all students’ needs.  Students shall be guided to explore the full range of their potential to become self-directed, lifelong learners, and productive citizens in our society.

Principal's Message

Welcome to Emma Vera Elementary, home of the cubs, where we promote excellence and equity simultaneously to insure that all children can achieve at high levels.  We supply clear, coherent guidance to all people in every role, including parents, to help children perform at grade level and beyond.  We also celebrate by recognizing and rewarding achievements.  In addition, we implement efforts for continuous improvement.  And remember that we will continue to "Paw Our Way into Success and We Will Prevail!"
